createNewStickerSet

创建新的贴纸集。

返回值: 调用成功时返回 True。

参数

参数类型必填说明
user_idInteger是用户 ID
nameString是贴纸集名称（拉丁字母，以 _by_<botname> 结尾）
titleString是贴纸集标题（1-64 个字符）
stickersArray of InputSticker是InputSticker JSON 数组
sticker_typeString可选贴纸类型：regular、mask、custom_emoji
needs_repaintingBoolean可选需要重新着色（用于 Premium）
